Loqzi provides only the technology infrastructure that lets merchants post and users discover and interact. We do not buy, sell, store, transport, or deliver any product, and we do not provide the advertised services.

The merchant that posts is exclusively responsible for:

• the accuracy of descriptions, photos, prices, taxes, and stock;
• the legality, authenticity, safety, and quality of the product or service;
• the validity and fulfillment of deals, coupons, promotions, and terms ("buy one get one", "free", etc.);
• warranties, exchanges, returns, refunds, and after-sales service;
• the licenses, permits, and tax obligations of its business;
• damages or losses arising from the use or consumption of what it sells.

Each person is responsible for their posts, comments, reviews, complaints, compliments, ratings, and images. Opinions expressed on the wall are the personal opinions of whoever wrote them and do not represent Loqzi's position, nor have they been verified by Loqzi.

Posting false or defamatory statements about a merchant or a person may create direct legal liability for the author.

Loqzi does not pre-screen merchants, products, prices, or posts. Including a merchant in the directory or feed does not imply any recommendation, endorsement, certification, or guarantee by Loqzi.

Orders are completed in person at the merchant's location. Check the product before accepting it. Loqzi does not take part in the handoff, does not hold funds from the in-person sale, and is not responsible for losses, theft, breaches, or disputes occurring during the transaction.

The platform may link to third-party sites, social networks, or payment processors. Loqzi does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or failures.

No content on Loqzi constitutes legal, medical, tax, financial, or any other professional advice.
