Privacy Policy

• Account: display name, email, profile photo, and, if you add them, city and bio.
• Shop: name, category, address, phone number, logo, cover image, and approximate location.
• Content: posts, comments, ratings, deals, products, and images you upload.
• Orders: name, phone number, optional email, and order details for in-store pickup.
• Location: only if you authorize it in your browser, to rank nearby shops. We do not store it on the server.
• Technical data: minimal session data and error logs needed to run the service.

• Create and maintain your account and your shop.
• Show the feed, the directory, deals, and orders.
• Let the merchant contact you and prepare your order.
• Charge subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your display name, photo, and the content you post on the wall are public. When you place an order, the merchant receives your name and phone number so they can hand it over to you. Think twice before posting sensitive information.

• Database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure.
• A third-party payment processor, when a merchant enables online payment. Loqzi does not store card data.
• Google sign-in, if you choose that option.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and security measures.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your posts at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing legal@loqzi.app. Some order or billing records may be retained when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and revoke location permission from your browser at any time. We handle requests within a reasonable time via the contact email.

Loqzi is not directed at children under 13. If we detect an unauthorized account belonging to a minor, we will delete it.

A merchant that receives a customer's data through Loqzi acts as an independent data controller for that data and must use it solely to complete the order and comply with applicable data protection law. Loqzi is not responsible for a merchant's misuse of that information.
