Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Loqzi's wall exists so people can talk honestly about the shops in their city. To keep it a useful space, everyone is responsible for what they write.

1.Post From Your Real Experience

  • Complaints and compliments must be based on your own, verifiable experience.
  • Distinguish between a fact ("my order arrived incomplete") and an opinion ("I didn't like it").
  • Don't post accusations of a crime or claims you can't back up.

2.Not Allowed

  • Defamation, libel, insults, harassment, threats, and hate speech.
  • Other people's personal data (phone numbers, addresses, ID documents, photos without consent).
  • Fake, paid, coordinated reviews, or reviews created by competitors.
  • Sexually explicit or violent content, or content directed at minors.
  • Spam, chain messages, pyramid schemes, crypto scams, and promotion of illegal products.
  • Images or text you don't hold the rights to.

3.For Merchants

  • Only post deals you can actually fulfill, with clear terms and validity.
  • Don't use fake strikethrough prices or nonexistent discounts.
  • Respond to complaints respectfully; don't threaten or pressure a customer to remove a review.

4.Moderation

Loqzi does not review posts before they appear, but may remove content, hide shops, or suspend accounts when these guidelines or the law are violated, at its sole discretion and without any obligation of prior notice.

Report content: legal@loqzi.app. Include the link to the post and the reason.

5.Consequences

Posting unlawful content can carry personal legal liability toward the affected party. Loqzi may retain and hand over account information when a competent authority legally requires it.

This document is editable content maintained by the Loqzi team to explain how the platform works. It is not legal advice. Before operating commercially, you should have an attorney in your jurisdiction review and adapt these texts.
