Data and account deletion
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This page explains what data Loqzi stores, how to request its deletion and how long that takes. It applies to shopper, merchant and independent-seller accounts, as well as to data obtained when you connect Facebook or Instagram accounts.
1.What data we store
- Account data: email address, display name, profile photo and language.
- Content you publish: reviews, comments, offers, products, images and videos.
- Business data (if applicable): store name, address, hours, catalog, orders and appointments.
- Social connection tokens (Facebook/Instagram) used only to publish on your behalf and read metrics for your own posts.
- Minimal technical data: error and security logs.
Loqzi never stores full card numbers: payments are processed by Stripe and Clover on their own systems.
2.How to delete your account and data
- In the app: open your community profile and use the edit-profile option to remove content you no longer want visible.
- To delete the entire account, email us from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. legal@loqzi.app
- If you connected Facebook or Instagram, you can revoke access in Settings → Apps and Websites in your Meta account; we also delete the tokens when you disconnect the account inside Loqzi.
We confirm every request by email and complete deletion within 30 days at most.
3.What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: profile data, social tokens, published content, catalog and store settings.
- Kept in limited form: transaction and billing records required by accounting or tax obligations, plus minimal security and fraud-prevention logs.
- Retained data is kept only for the period required by applicable law and is then deleted or anonymized.
4.Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. We answer every request after verifying it comes from the account holder.
5.Contact for requests
Send your deletion request or any question about your data to legal@loqzi.app including the email address you signed up with.
